We assemble innovation teams made up of client-partner members and individually selected collaborators from industry. There are 4 primary roles we look to fill on nearly every innovation team, they are:

The seeker of quantifiable truths who understands and navigates within the constraints of technology. A natural builder who understands what’s required to move from idea to reality.
The practical leader with a mind for numbers and a steadfast focus on the bottom-line. A champion of solutions that are rooted in financial viability.
You will bring an external perspective and complementary skills to an innovation team during a collaborative innovation cycle. In practical terms, this means spending 1-2 hours per week thinking about and discussing an innovation challenge as member of the team for a period of approximately 70 days.

We are always on the lookout for interesting innovation challenges. As such, we offer a fee for referrals that turn into engagements.
As an Innovation Collaborator, you will receive an honorarium upon the completion of the innovation cycle.
When you participate in a collaborative innovation cycle, you are part of a multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled professionals searching for game changing innovations, within a condensed schedule. Needless to say, you’ll need to bring your A-game.
Step outside of your comfort zone and let your creativity run wild. As a collaborator you’ll be asked to leverage your creative problem-solving skills to contribute to a broad array of ideas from the safe and boring, to the whacky and game-changing.
We take care to match the right collaborators with the right client-partner organizations. Many collaborators have continued to work with client-partners after their initial cycle has been completed.
